Well today is a great day to be alive. The weather is perfect, there is positive energy flowing and there is so much to be thankful for. Sometimes its just great to stop and smell the roses. Focus on the present moment, because reality is, that's all we have. Life is a constant cycle of changes that we all must face. We have two choices on how we approach the situation...optimism or pessimism. How do you want to live??? Every day is a new day and every moment is a new moment.
