Back to the grind

What an amazing weekend that has just passed.  Great times with great people. I couldn't have asked for better friends or family. I am very proud of my younger brother Frankie Gigz who placed 2nd in a triathlon. We Garcia's definitely love our training. We do what we love and we love what we do. There is stil plenty of downtime til the next show so I am definitely taking advantage.  Now with the album being done written.  I can focus on rehearsals. And get ready to go into the studio again. Slowly but surely we'll get to the destination.  Life is not a race but it sure feels good to get to the finish line. Life is great so take advantage of the fact that you are alive. Live it up.

Well it has been sure one hell of a weekend. It was really good to get together with my true friends. It Is very awesome to share my journey with them. We must have cooked 10lbs of carne asada and chicken. But it was all worth it. Were like family. Make sure you surround yourself with positive people. We are all on this journey together.  It feels great to be alive. One day at a time. My soulful energy is riding high right now. Well I feel recharged and rejuvenated ready for what the day brings.  Were having a friendly bbq today to watch the fights and hang with my groomsmen.  Discuss wedding details. And just catch up on life.  Everyone thinks ojai is so far away its hard to get people out here. But I do believe the friends are catching on and realize just how beautiful it is out here and how much positive energy this place brings to you.  Hey if it worked for me it can work for anybody.  Trust me I never thought I could change my bad habits, but love and change goes along a long way. I choose to live a life that I can do to support myself. I am confident in myself that I have taken the proper steps in my life get to where im trying to go. I am sending out my energy to the universe and getting a response.  A positive response because more positive energy is pouring out from the universe right back at me. Manifesto

Sometimes we make mistakes that can affect the outcome of our future. I cant explain why I have done some of these things. But were just human beings.  We are all full of flaws, but thats what makes us who we are. They all start with thought. Its like driving down pacific coast Highway with the windows open taking in a big fresh of pacific ocean breeze. There comes a point where you actually forgive yourself and move on. Who cares the past is just the past its led you to this blog right now.  Today I forgive myself. How about doing the same?  Forgive yourself as well. So much more to live for than regrets. Just be happy to be alive. Thats the first part waking up.  Then its cruise control all. Live the life you always dreamed of. Shit I know I am and damn proud to be living in the now. The ever present moment. And smile more it cheers people up. Okay enough.  Thats my 2nd rant already.

I feel blessed. I feel happiness to be alive. Every morning I wake up I am so thankful.  Excited to see what today brings. I look forward to writing in my blog to see what interesting provoking thoughts I can come up with. That is how my mind works. Constantly being creative.  What hit song will come to me today? How many times am I going to play guitar? I am focused on the present moment and look forward to building my future. The future is unknown. That is the greatest part of life. Perfect day for a show

Think about those who you love unconditionally.  Love is the strongest energy thats out there. My life has been extraordinary with the love I am blessed with. Family, friends and my fiance.  I have everything I need within arms reach. I am so proud my son is happy and healthy.  I am not a dead beat father either. This is now the third time I will try and get this blog done. I really hope you appreciate the effort I put into this blog everyday. It feels good to finally have some clarity in life. No bad vibes from anyone.  I have everything I need. A roof over my head, food in the kitchen and my beautiful woman by my side. Excuse me I mean fiancee. Money just comes and goes so we really dont have any problems with it. I am not rich in material things. But I am rich with love from those who all care about me. Thats what matters most. Sometimes we take things for granted. We can actually take advantage of these things and people who trust us so much. I know we all make mistakes.  But its not an excuse.  Love is surrendering, but mostly it is the show of undivided attention. I hope she knows I was wrong. Ill admit my mistakes to the whole world. Im just a man and human being. No excuses baby but I'll be a better man and do my best to be a perfect lover. But please love me for my flaws as well. Nothing is better than family. No matter what you always have the roots where you come from. Show pride and make the ones closest to you proud. Better yet make yourself proud. So everything seems to come full circle.  What you give is what you shall receive. I firmly believe in that motto. I try and give as much of myself to the universe to harness my energy. Life without music

Well even though the weather doesn't feel like it, Summer has come to an end. Now we are transitioning into Fall. The days feel like they are going much faster. I start my days early but it still feels like time flies by. Brick by brick we are working on my album and putting all the pieces together. It feels like I'm holding the golden ticket. But I have damn well earned it. Just this year alone I have accomplished more than ever. Sheila thinks my aura is very healthy right now and I am manifesting everything I put my mind to. There is a good possibility that we will be opening up for Pepper at the Ventura Theater in October.  Now that would be a very awesome opportunity. Thank you for all your love and support.

Peace and love

Mixing continues on the album. The music is sounding tighter and my vocals are right on point. I really gave it all I got that day. Vocals are such an important piece of the puzzle.  The performance was right where it needed to be.

Always give it your best ability when tested. Stay prepared and ready when going after your dreams. Anything is possible in life. Put your focus and dedication into something positive for the world. The future is in our hands now.  Its up to us to give a better life for our children. Set the example and start now. Life is too short.

Failure is not an option

Lets see if we can do this again. I just wrote my blog and didn't save it. So now Im writing again. The blog was already done too. I could say screw it, but I know how important this blog is. I take pride in my blog and I always want you to leave with good healthy energy.  That's why I would put the effort to make sure I get it done every day if possible. 

Work in the studio is coming along better than expected just as I suggested. I take pride in my music and always try and show my skills.

Find a compromise

Its been a nice little break but its time to get back to work in the studio. Which is kinda nice because after not going into the studio you start to miss it. At least thats how I feel. The studio is my 2nd home.  Its a place where I can be creative as possible with no restrictions.  The world is our canvas to draw on with whatever your creativity leads you to. Im glad all the material is going in the right direction.  Its a great feeling when something you write on guitar turns Into this beautiful song and you know it sounds the way you intended it to sound. Its all about the chemistry with the people your working with. Everything needs to mesh well together. I am one happy guy right now. Dreams are now reality and all my hard work is finally starting to pay off. Im glad I never gave up when people doubted me and said I won't make it. Because I have made it and have been successful for many years.  Thank you for all of your support.

I hope everyone has a positive day and doesn't have to deal with any unwanted energy. I have nothing but good intentions with my life. I do it because I want to be happy. There's no point in doing malicious things to people. It is just a time in life to grow up. Be a productive adult. Well it has been a great summer and year so far. We've come so far in such a small amount of time. Its unbelievable to me. Everything has just been one giant turn of events...for the better. I would have never expected things to turn out like this.  The power of change is amazing.  Even the little things make a huge difference. Thank you for the support. These last few weeks have been such a dream come true with my music. Working with such high caliber musicians really takes your skills to a whole new level. Its motivation that pushes you to exceed your limits. Its like taking a huge leap of faith. Life is about taking risks. You'll never know unless you try. I am really putting myself out there for your enjoyment.  So I truly hope you appreciate the music. I have worked very hard to get where I am today. It all boils down

So the work in the studio is progressing. The music sounds great.  The vocals are dope.  And the project is headed in the right direction.  Im very pleased and happy.
